These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of goosebump.fit and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
The contract is between you and SEBIKS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14807147, trading as GOOSEBUMP.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to place an order. By checking out you confirm you are 18+.
2. Products
Products are described and pictured to the best of our ability. Photographs and 3D mock-ups are illustrative; small variations in colour, fit and finish are normal in custom-printed apparel and are not defects. Each garment is made to order in the UK.
3. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where due. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms (typically: one use per customer, can’t stack).
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where supported.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is offer; our acceptance happens when we email order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is no longer available, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud.
6. Delivery
We ship across the UK. Standard UK shipping is £4.95 (free over £120, where shown). Most orders dispatch within 2–3 working days and arrive within 5–7 working days from order. International shipping where available is quoted at checkout.
7. Your statutory rights (UK CRA 2015 + Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel and return any unworn item for a full refund — see our Returns & Refunds page for the practical steps.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any one order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
9. Intellectual property
All design work, photography, copy, and the GOOSEBUMP name and owl mark are owned by SEBIKS LIMITED. You may not reproduce or sell our designs, copy or imagery without written permission. See DMCA / Copyright Policy for takedown requests.
10. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site, attempt to bypass paywalls, place orders fraudulently, or use the contact form for spam / abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service.
11. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access to the site if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes
We may change these Terms. The version in force is the one posted here on the date of your order. We’ll bump the "last updated" date for any material change.
