Include:
- Your name, address, email, and phone number
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
- The exact URL on goosebump.fit where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notice
If we remove content of yours and you believe the takedown was wrong, you can send a counter-notice to the same email with your reasoning, contact details and a sworn statement.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers under our reasonable judgment.
