You can return any unworn GOOSEBUMP item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We don't ask why.
How to return
- Email support@goosebump.fit with your order number and a one-line note that you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within one working day with a returns address.
- Send the item back — unworn, in resellable condition. You pay return postage; we recommend a tracked service so the parcel doesn’t get lost.
- Once we receive the parcel, we refund you within 14 days to the original payment method.
Faulty / wrong item
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, that’s on us. Email support@goosebump.fit with a photo and we’ll cover return postage and either replace it or refund in full — your choice. This protection lasts 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exclusions
- Items where you’ve removed tags or worn the garment beyond a fit-check
- Personalised / custom orders unless faulty (we don’t currently offer customisation but flagging for completeness)
- Gift cards (we can refund the buyer if the code hasn't been redeemed)
Sale items
Sale items are fully refundable — not a gotcha clause. Same 14-day cooling-off period applies.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
