How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order. Most orders dispatch within 2–3 working days and arrive 5–7 working days from order in the UK. International shipping where available is quoted at checkout.
Can I return something that doesn’t fit?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, unworn, full refund. We don’t ask why. If the item is faulty or wrong, we cover return postage too. See /legal/refunds for the steps.
What weight is the cotton?
350gsm organic cotton on hoodies and crewnecks (heavyweight, holds shape). 180gsm on tees (heavier than typical retail). All ring-spun, milled in Europe. Full breakdown on /fabric-care.
Where is everything made?
The cloth is milled in Europe under fair-trade conditions. Printed by a UK partner using OEKO-TEX water-based DTG ink. Designed in Britain. We never warehouse stock — every order is made for the buyer.
Do prints crack after washing?
Not if you wash cool, inside out, no fabric softener. The DTG ink bonds into the fibre rather than sitting on top, and we’ve tested 50+ wash cycles in normal use. Full care guide at /fabric-care.
