Most orders dispatch in 2–3 working days of payment. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once the parcel ships.
International shipping
We ship to most of Europe and to North America at checkout-quoted rates. Customs duties and import VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
Track your order
Visit /track-order with your order number to see live status (paid → produced → dispatched → delivered). Tracking numbers post automatically when your parcel leaves the print partner.
Lost / delayed parcels
If 10 working days have passed since dispatch and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email support@goosebump.fit. We open an investigation with the carrier and either replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address before paying. We can’t change the address once the parcel has shipped, and re-deliveries to corrected addresses incur the carrier’s standard re-routing fee.
