We use AI tools (mostly Anthropic Claude and Flux via fal.ai) at various stages of the brand:
- Product copy drafts — AI writes a first draft; a human edits and approves before publishing.
- Mock-up generation — AI assists with stylistic mock-ups; final production garments are physical samples printed by our UK fulfilment partner.
- Image quality scoring — AI rejects low-quality design files before they ever reach a customer.
- Customer-service triage — AI helps draft replies; a human sends every reply.
What we never do
- Output AI-generated text on a customer’s order page or receipt without human review
- Use a customer’s personal data to train any model
- Sell training data to third parties
- Pretend AI is a human on a live chat
Provenance
Where we publish AI-assisted text or imagery in long-form content, we mark it. Short marketing copy (product descriptions, headlines) is not individually labelled but every page is reviewed before going live.
