Wrong fit, swap once
If the size isn't right, you can exchange once for a different size — within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, tags attached. We'll dispatch the new size as soon as the original is back with us.
The terms in plain English
- Within 14 days of delivery, one exchange per order
- Piece must come back unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- You cover the return postage (about £4 second-class signed-for in the UK)
- We cover the replacement shipping back to you
- If the wrong size is on us (we mis-labelled), we cover both legs
- Bigger sizes: XL+ may have a small upcharge — we'll quote before we ship
