Last updated: 23 April 2026 · Controller: SEBIKS LIMITED (trading as GOOSEBUMP)

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on goosebump.fit, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We operate this site in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and web beacons. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.

2. Categories we use

3. Managing your choices

When you first visit the site you are shown a consent banner. You may accept all categories, reject non-essential ones, or manage each category individually. You can change your mind at any time.

Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Most browsers explain how at aboutcookies.org.

4. Third parties

Where we load third-party services (for example Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, our email platform for newsletters), those providers may set their own cookies. Payment and security cookies are strictly necessary. Marketing pixels (if any) are only set after you grant consent.

5. Retention

Strictly-necessary cookies expire at the end of your session or after a maximum of 12 months. Consent preferences are stored for 12 months so you are not re-prompted on every visit. Analytics and marketing identifiers follow the retention of the specific service used.

6. Your rights & complaints

You have the rights set out in our Privacy Policy, including the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
