GOOSEBUMP is operated by SEBIKS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through https://goosebump.fit.

• Information you provide (name, email, payment details when you buy)
• Usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location)
• Cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality

3. Lawful basis (UK GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract — to deliver the products/services you buy
• Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the site
• Consent — for marketing emails (opt-in, opt-out at any time)
• Legal obligation — to comply with HMRC and UK law

4. Who we share data with

Only processors we have a contract with: Stripe (payments), our email provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and any fulfilment partner strictly for order delivery. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (HMRC). Email list: until you unsubscribe. Usage logs: 90 days.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
