All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. We follow the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content and services.
Digital services: 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you explicitly waive it to begin immediately. Physical goods: 14-day return after delivery. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access it fraudulently, resell without permission, or use it to break UK law.
All content, branding, and code remain the property of SEBIKS LIMITED or our licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We aim for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or withdraw features at reasonable notice.
Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
