Shipping
Every piece is made to order. Production runs 5–7 working days, then we ship via the fastest available carrier for your region. Total door-to-door is usually 7–10 working days UK, 10–14 days international.

Carriers
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD depending on order size
- International: DPD, UPS or local postal service with tracking
- All shipments are tracked end-to-end — we email the tracking link the day we dispatch
Customs & duties
Orders to the EU, USA and rest of world are shipped DDU — customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. For EU deliveries we mark the CN22 accurately so most orders clear without charge. Orders over €150 into the EU may attract VAT at local rate.
Tracking & delays
If your piece hasn't moved in 10 working days after dispatch, email orders@goosebump.fit with your order number and we'll chase the carrier. In the rare case of a lost parcel we'll remake and reship at no extra cost.
Multiple items
Orders with multiple pieces ship together once every piece is finished. If one is delayed we may part-ship at our discretion — you'll get an email if so.
